Dr. Allan Evangelista received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University and completed his fellowship in complex reconstructive surgery and traumatology of the foot, ankle and lower leg at Sarasota Orthopedic Associates in Sarasota, Florida.
Dr. Evangelista also holds a Masters of Public Health degree from Loma Linda University in California and a Master of Divinity degree from the Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Evangelista is also a licensed and ordained minister. |
Dr. Evangelista joined Specialty Orthopaedics in April of 2008 and is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluation, exceptional care, and various surgical and non-surgical treatment options to all patients. Before joining Specialty Orthopaedics, Dr. Evangelista was employed as a foot and ankle surgeon for Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center in Calilfornia. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and he is also Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Evangelista, his wife Julie and their two sons live in Hermitage. He has privileges at Sharon Regional Hospital, UPMC Horizon, Grove City Medical Center and Edgewood Surgical Hospital. |
